Timetable for Booth Setup and Dismantling
1. Booth setup time:
June 8-12 is for self-decoration booths, June 12-14 for standard booths, from 8:00 to 19:00 everyday day. If exhibitors have to work overtime, please go to the Service Center for permission and pay the extra fee, overtime working is permitted till 24:00. The hall will close for safety inspection at 12:00 of June 14.

2. Setup of self-decoration booths implements construction access mechanism and strictly follows the “Construction and Design Management Stipulations of China Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair”, for further information please visit www.ichtf.com.

3. For self-decoration booths, all the setup work shall be done outside the exhibition hall and may assemble in the hall. The height of exhibition for indoor booths may not exceed 6 meters, the height of exhibition for outdoor machinery and electric products pavilion shall not exceed 4.4 meter. Inflammable material and power lead must be fire-proof treated.

4. In case you have specific need for decoration of your booth or you feel the need to dismantle the isolation board between booths, please submit to us in advance your floor plan, dismantle drawing of the booth to Harbin Trade Fair for approval prior to May 15. Should any change be made after the completion of the booth, setup work shall not be performed until the application is approved and extra fee is paid after June 8.

5. In the course of booth setup, it is not allowed to occupy public space or block anti-fire equipment. Exhibitors must clean up all the setup wastes and packaging materials instantly.

6. In case exhibitors need to lease exhibition appliances, please submit your application prior to May 31 or apply to the service center during booth setup.

7. All the samples or commodities on display are not allowed to enter the exhibition venue during the fair.

8.. Booth dismantling time: 15:00 of June 19 – 18:00 June 20. Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle the booths ahead of schedule; overtime dismantling in the night of June 19 is permitted.
