GUIDE TO TRANSPORTATION

I．Documents：

1. List of Exhibits
A．Consumption goods (including product catalogs, promotional materials, color pictures, posters, magazines, slides and other analogues) not mixed with the exhibits must be packed separately，and marked consumption goods outside the package.
B．All exhibits must be itemized filled, and the weight and size also must be measured and weighed.
C．Unit price and total price must be filled in line with international market prices as far as possible, because the import of the goods customs declaration will check the price, once it determines the value of a reporting error, the goods must be re-valuation , companies can not participate in the exhibition.
2. Ocean bill of lading (original) / Air waybill (copy)
3. Packing list, invoice (copy)
4．Original certificate (copy)
5．Inspection certificate (copy)
Note: The above documents to be presented in fifteen days before the arrival of goods sent to transportation companies.

III．Time of Arrival：

Ocean transport:Arriving at Dalian Port on or before June 1st.
Air transport:Arriving at Harbin Taiping International Airport on or before June 7th

IV．Packages & Marks:

A．The outside package must be firm and strong enough for repack the exhibits after exhibition.For those packages with special requirement,please mark"FRAGILE","This side up"etc.Large packages should be marked with hooking line and position of gravity center.
B．The packages should be marked with the fair name,name of exhibitor,number of exhibition hall,booth number of container,weight and quantity,measurement and volume etc
C．Wood packaging material should be fumigated at the port of loading and brushed fumigation identification.

V．Logistics charges ：

Dalian, Tianjin ports for exhibits charge
Basic service charge: USD50.00/BL
Changing bill charge: USD50.00-240.00/BL(According to different shipping companies, the bill of lading different, so different charges.)
Port miscellaneous charges: USD50.00-200.00/BL(According to different shipping companies, cargo weight, the number of different, so different charges.)
Unpacking charges：USD50.00-200.00/BL〔According to the different shipping companies, cargo weight, the number of different, so different charges. 〕
Port storage charges：USD20.00/ M³.Day
Port operation charges：USD50.00 /M³/T    USD150.00/Container
Charges of Customs declaration：USD50/BL
Port Inspection fee：USD30/BL

Transport from Bonded warehouse to exhibit hall：USD30.00/M³/T，USD300.00/container
Harbin airport for exhibits charge ：
Basic service charge: USD50.00/BL
Ground handling fees：USD0.40/kg    Minimum charge of USD40
Airport storage charges:USD0.1/kg.day
Charges of Customs declaration：USD50/BL
Inspection fee：USD30/BL
Inspection and Quarantine fee: 1.5‰of the exhibits value
Transport from Harbin airport to exhibit hall：USD0.40/kg    Minimum charge of USD40

The above charges include those happened after arriving Chinese port,such as charges for service,customs declaration,clearance and inspection,short-term storage etc.
Import exhibits, exhibitors are required to pay the customs clearance of goods margin (security deposit exhibits tariffs), in the end of Harbin fair, according to the actual customs tariffs ,the remaining deposit will be refunded to exhibitors.

VI．TERMS OF PAYMENT：

Payment by T/T should be effected before June 5th and payment by cash before June 13th .
Please fax bank bill to us after remittance as soon as possible.
